Green Builder Commits Hopes, Innovative Building Materials and Quality to Clients by Enlisting the Help of Surrounding Businesses' Products and Services  

     Beginning in August of 2008, WKYC News of Cleveland, Ohio, spoke of the opportunity to become involved with the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.  Building a more sustainable, safe and environmentally conscious structure were the ideals to be considered during the planning and construction developed by, Bob Perritt of RJ Perritt Homes.  As the plan unfolded and objectives were set, No-Burn®'s products and programs were considered for many reasons, one of which is the GREEN nature that these fire and mold resistant coatings add to the structure. No-Burn® WG Mih was installed for the initial benefits to homeowners and the overall design and sustainability of the home, but wound-up creating a buzz in the community.

     As one of Northeast Ohio's primary Green Builders, Bob Perritt considered the use of No-Burn® for safety reasons, and his clients enjoyed other valuable opportunities as well.  The Home for Hope is but one of the structures treated by No-Burn® in the 41 sub lot division of Copper Creek in Amherst, Ohio.  Copper Creek reflects the Hopes, Innovative Building Materials and Quality showcased in one of Amhert's all, 'green' communities.  Sub lot 22, the Home for Hope, received the second highest Fire Resistance Class Rating available, qualifying the homeowner for insurance premium savings courtesy of No-Burn®'s continued support from Westfield Insurance.  The home's framing was sprayed onsite with No-Burn® Wood Gard Mih.  The clear, odorless, zero VOC coating will inhibit the growth of black mold while increasing the home's building material sustainability in the event of a fire. 

     Recognized by the Green Building Initiative, the Home for Hope qualifies for national 'green' ratings, containing Northeast Ohio Green Building Initiative certified features.  The products and services provided by No-Burn® may assist with points available in the categories of innovation and design and improved indoor air quality.  "As a member of the community, I continue to do everything I can to further its development..." states Perritt.  Community citizens will continue to insist on their involvement in the evolution of their homes and local organizations.  Residents in the housing community of Copper Creek will be given the option to improve their investment while decreasing their home's structural framing and interior wall surface flammability through the applications of No-Burn®.
